Zone Franche, the world music net­work, has just pub­lished a new plea enti­tled “Free move­ment of artists : from the­o­ry to real­i­ty”.

Based on inter­na­tion­al, Euro­pean and nation­al legal texts, Zone Franche ana­lyzes the inef­fec­tive­ness of the law for cer­tain for­eign artists wish­ing to per­form in France.
